Questions Q. What does the online consultation offer?  A. This service allows dog owners who live out of Maryland area to receive the benefits our canine health and nutritional consultation entirely online, i.e., once you agree your dog would benefit from a Pawz for Health consultation, you would complete the consultation form, which can be found under “Consulting details and pricing” You will receive a follow up email within 24 hrs of receipt of the consultation form. Q. If I initially requested an online consultation will I be able to receive a phone consultation? A. YES. Simply email Pawz for Health – Consult@pawzforhealth.net and indicate in the email you submitted your online consultation form but would now prefer to schedule a phone consultation. Someone will contact you to schedule a suitable time. Q. How long does a consultation usually last? A. Typically, approximately 35-60 minutes. This allows us to obtain the necessary background information, discuss the current situation and provide health improvement options. Q How do I schedule an in-home consultation? A. Complete the consultation form online (see “consultation form and fee schedule”) and specify you are requesting an in-home consultation. A Pawz for Health specialist will schedule an appointment. (please note, in-home consultations are available for Maryland residents only) Q. What does an in-home consultation involve? A. A Pawz for health specialist will visit your home, meet the dog and its owner(s), discuss concerns/issues, carry out a complete analysis of current “situation” and discuss at length health improvement options. Q. What will I get after the consultation? A. Each dog owner will receive a detailed reference package offering invaluable info on subjects discussed. Also within 5 days the owner will receive a detailed report based upon the in-home visit which will provide necessary steps to improving dog(s) overall health. Q What if I need a follow up/repeat visit? A. Simply either email Consult@pawzforhealth.net or call Pawz for Health to schedule a follow up appointment. Q. Do you offer a money back guarantee? A. Yes. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services you can contact us and a full refund will be offered. (We cannot make refunds simply because you did not like the advice) Please note: Pawz for Health will provide “custom made” diet plans, available at the owner's request (see “consultation and Price schedule” for details). |
